Job summary

INTELLIPRO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer to lead prototype builds and coordinate materials, tooling, and engineering changes to meet milestones and schedules.

The role requires collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, planning, and factory teams to ensure readiness and smooth execution. Candidates should have a diploma or higher in engineering and a minimum of two years' experience in PCB/electronics manufacturing, NPI, or prototype development.

Qualifications

• Must have diploma or higher in engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years experience in PCB/electronics manufacturing, NPI, prototype development, or manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track prototype build schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate readiness of materials, BOMs, tooling, engineering changes, and production processes to support prototype builds.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Planning, and factory teams to align cross-functional activities.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective and recovery actions to maintain project progress.
• Monitor build progress and provide regular, clear project status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, issue logs, action trackers, and change records for traceability.
• Support prototype reviews, post-build activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes.
