Job summary

Intellipro Group is seeking a Project Engineer in Singapore to lead prototype builds, coordinate materials, tooling, and engineering changes, and ensure manufacturing readiness to meet milestones and schedules. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments to mitigate risks and maintain progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or higher in Engineering and have at least 2 years of relevant PCB/electronics manufacturing or NPI experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in PCB/electronics manufacturing, NPI, prototype development, or manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track prototype build schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion
• Coordinate readiness of materials, BOMs, tooling, engineering changes, and production processes to support prototype builds
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Planning, and factory teams to align cross-functional activities
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective and recovery actions to maintain project progress
• Monitor build progress and provide regular, clear project status updates to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project documentation, issue logs, action trackers, and change records for traceability
• Support prototype reviews, post-build activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes
