Doodle Labs in Singapore is seeking an early‑ to mid‑career hardware/RF engineer to join cross‑functional teams and help take radio products from prototype to production.
You will contribute to RF development, testing, failure analysis, and manufacturing support, collaborating with RF, software, mechanical, and operations teams while documenting test results, assembly instructions, and technical notes. This role requires strong teamwork and a proactive approach to learning.

Your opportunity to work with cross-functional teams of RF, Software, Mechanical design,NPI, Operations and Manufacturing/Quality assurance to build the next generation of Doodle Labs' radio portfolio.
The successful candidate will havesignificant experiencein RF development,ProductEngineeringand manufacturing of Radio products.
Support product engineering activities fromprototype throughproduction.
Assistwith product bring-up, functional testing, validation, and failure analysis.
Execute andmaintainproduction and validation test procedures
Support manufacturing builds, yield improvement, and quality investigations.
Assist in managing component changes and obsolescence under guidance from senior engineers.
Prepare andmaintaintechnical documentation such as test reports, assembly instructions, and basic application notes.
Collaborate closely with RF, Software, Mechanical, and Operations teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communication Engineering, ora relatedfield.
2-5 years of industry experience in hardware, RF, or product engineering roles
Basic understanding of RF/Wi-Fi systems and electronic hardware debugging.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, testing, and quality control is a plus.
Strong teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
