Job summary

Recruit Express Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer for cable supply projects at Senoko. You will manage projects from customer order to delivery, and build reports and dashboards to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field; business analytics is acceptable.
• 0–3 years' experience in project coordination, engineering or manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical skills; Power BI, data analytics or automation experience is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and hands-on with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cable supply projects end-to-end from order to delivery with cross-functional teams.

Project Engineer – Cable Supply Projects | Senoko | $3,200 – $4,000+

• Location: Senoko Avenue (morning company transport from Admiralty MRT; public buses within walking distance)

• Employment type: Permanent, full-time

• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm; Saturday half-day 1–2 times a month (with allowance)

• Salary: $3,200 – $4,000 per month (higher for candidates with more relevant experience), plus yearly performance bonus

About the role

Our client, an established manufacturer of high, low and extra-low voltage cables, is digitalising how it plans and tracks projects. As Project Engineer, you'll run cable supply projects from customer order to delivery. You'll also build the reports and dashboards management relies on. Entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cable supply projects end to end, from order confirmation through production to on‑time delivery, with Sales, Production, Technical, Quality and Logistics

• Turn customer requirements (cable types, sizes, quantities, standards, delivery schedules) into clear production and delivery plans

• Track milestones, production progress, inventory and capacity; flag risks early and drive issues to resolution

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g. Power BI) on project status, inventory and delivery performance

• Use data analytics, automation and digital tools to improve how projects are planned and tracked

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing), Business Analytics or a related discipline

• 0–3 years' experience; project coordination, project engineering or manufacturing operations experience is a plus

• Strong analytical skills; Power BI, data analytics or automation experience is a strong plus

• Able to manage multiple projects and timelines at once

• Proactive, detail-oriented and hands‑on, with good communication skills
