Job summary

AH BOON CIVIL ENGINEERING & BUILDING CONTRACTOR is seeking a field supervisor with civil engineering background to oversee crews, equipment, and site activities. You will assist the Project Manager to ensure timely progress while maintaining safety and quality at the construction site.

The role requires a BE civil engineering degree with RE recognition, BCSS certification, and at least 3 years of relevant experience, plus a Class 3 driving licence. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (RE Recognised) is required.
• BCSS certificate is required.
• At least 3 years of related field experience.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers, operators, general workers and equipment at site.
• Assist Project Manager to monitor smooth project progress.
• Ensure site works align with construction programme and safety standards.
• Familiar with roads, drainage, sewers and infrastructure construction.
• Handle ad-hoc site duties as instructed.

Job Responsibilities

• To supervise Drivers, Operators, General workers and maintenance of equipment at site.
• Assist and support Project Manager in handling and monitoring smooth progress of project.
• To ensure and carried out site work in accordance to construction programme safetly.
• Must be familiar with all roads, drainage, sewers and all other infrastructure construction.
• To carry out all site works issues and ad-hoc duties when instructed.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (RE Recognised)
• Candidate to possess relevant certificates and Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course Certificate (BCSS)
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Preferably with Class 3 Driving Licence
• Good communication, self-initiative and interpersonal skills
