Job summary

AH BOON CIVIL ENGINEERING & BUILDING CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee drivers, operators and site crew while supporting the Project Manager to ensure smooth project progress. The role requires familiarity with roads, drainage and infrastructure works, with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to the construction programme.

The candidate should hold a Civil Engineering degree (RE recognised), possess BCSS certification, at least three years’ relevant experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (RE Recognised).
• BCSS certification (Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course).
• At least 3 years of experience in civil/related field.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Drivers, Operators, General workers and equipment maintenance at site.
• Assist Project Manager in monitoring project progress.
• Ensure site works follow construction programme and safety requirements.
• Be familiar with roads, drainage, sewers and infrastructure construction.
• Perform ad-hoc site tasks when instructed.

• Assist and support Project Manager in handling and monitoring smooth progress of project.
• To ensure and carried out site work in accordance to construction programme safetly.
• Must be familiar with all roads, drainage, sewers and all other infrastructure construction.
• To carry out all site works issues and ad-hoc duties when instructed.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (RE Recognised)
• Candidate to possess relevant certificates and Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course Certificate (BCSS)
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Preferably with Class 3 Driving Licence
• Good communication, self-initiative and interpersonal skills
