Job summary

GIMS & ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering graduate to oversee projects from planning through construction.

You will apply your design and project management skills to deliver M&E services for buildings and infrastructure. The role requires collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and Singapore authorities, leading project meetings and site inspections while maintaining quality and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in M&E consulting or contracting.
• Proficiency with Revit/BIM & AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects from planning to completion.
• Plan, design, and manage construction of M&E services in buildings and infrastructure.

• To execute projects well from its planning to completion
• Planning, design, and construction management of electrical and mechanical services in buildings and infrastructural developments

Requirements

• A recognized Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Experience working in M&E Consultant, Contractors (1-2years) and familiar with project's workflow
• Strong design skill in Revit/BIM & AutoCad
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player with strong leadership qualities
• Able to work independently
• Responsible and positive working attitude
