Job summary

MACBUILD CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Engineer to support documentation, progress reporting, and method statements on active projects. You will coordinate drawing updates with clients and subcontractors while maintaining rigorous documentation and reporting standards.

The role requires coordinating with consultants and QS on change orders, ensuring safety compliance, and leading regular progress meetings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil & Structure, Mechanical or Electrical.
• Site experience of at least 3 years in Singapore doing main contractor work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedures for project manager.
• Oversee drawing management and ensure updated drawings are issued to clients and subcontractors.
• Assist project manager or senior project engineer in coordinating with consultants and quantity surveyor on change orders.
• Coordinate with safety personnel to ensure compliance with government regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update progress.

• Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.
• Responsible in overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawing to the clients and subcontractor aree issued.
• Assist the project manager or senior project engineerin coordinate with related consultant and quantity surveyor on the change order issued.
• Coordinate and work closely with safety personel to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.
