Job summary

Eaton Electric (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical system projects for clients in Singapore.

You will coordinate scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring client requirements are met while maintaining cost control and timely deliveries. You will oversee service engineers and subcontractors, manage FAT/SAT with customers, participate in site meetings, and support contract administration from ordering to invoicing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• AutoCAD skill.
• Good communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control projects to meet client requirements within budget.
• Oversee service engineers and contractors during project implementation.
• Manage UPS FAT and SAT with customers.
• Schedule and attend project discussions.
• Attend project site meetings.
• Support contract administration activities including ordering, milestones, and O&M submissions.

Job description

• Manage and control projects to meet clients' requirements while ensuring cost control within the project budget.
• Oversee Service Engineers and contractors during project implementation according to clients' requirements.
• Manage UPS FAT and SAT with customers.
• Manage multiple project implementations and deliveries according to clients' requirements.
• Schedule and attend project discussions based on clients' requirements.
• Control project costs to ensure adherence to the project budget.
• Attend project site meetings.
• Support contract administration activities, including ordering, billing milestones, and O&M submissions.
• Work with the Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead times.
• Manage subcontractor work schedules and monitor the quality of work.
• Support the Service team during FAT and SAT.
• Be committed and responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS), including:
• Implementing the process approach and risk-based thinking.
• Providing the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS.
• Communicating the importance of conforming to QMS requirements across the organization.
• Ensuring the QMS achieves its objectives.
• Engaging, directing, and supporting individuals contributing to the QMS.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
