What you’ll do:

• A. Manage and control projects to meet clients’ requirements and ensure cost control within the approved project budget
• B. Oversee Service Engineers / Contractors during project implementation according to clients’ requirements
• C. Manage UPS Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) with customers
• D. Manage multiple project implementations and deliveries according to clients’ requirements
• E. Schedule and attend project discussions with clients
• F. Monitor and control project costs to meet the approved budget
• G. Attend project site meetings
• H. Support contract administration activities (ordering, billing milestones, O&M submission)
• I. Coordinate with the Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead time
• J. Manage sub‑contractor work schedules and ensure quality of work
• K. Support the Service team during FAT and SAT
• L. Be committed and responsible for the Quality Management System (QMS), including:
  • a. Implementing a process-based approach and risk‑based thinking
  • b. Providing necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
  • c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
  • d. Ensuring the QMS achieves its intended objectives
  • e. Engaging, directing, and supporting individuals contributing to the QMS
  • f. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering discipline
• At least 8 years of project management experience
• Auto-CAD skill
• Good communication skill
