Job summary

ROTATING OFFSHORE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the project manager in tracking progress, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production and Quality teams, and ensuring timely completion with cost-conscious delivery.

The role involves liaising with subcontractors and vendors, preparing schedules and progress reports, maintaining documentation, and attending site meetings and inspections to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent; 1–3 years of project experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training provided.
• Module fabrication & FPSO conversion yard experience is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word; Adobe Acrobat & AutoCAD an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in monitoring progress to meet technical requirements and schedule.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production & Quality Departments.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors on planning, cost, quality and schedule issues.
• Prepare project schedules and progress reports; alert management to project risks.
• Maintain project documentation per the Project Execution Plan throughout the project cycle.
• Progress monitoring to ensure timely completion of all activities.
• Plan and liaise with clients, suppliers, building and facility contractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, site supervisors, and subcontractors for smooth project completion.
• Participate in site meetings and inspections.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly progress and report submissions.
• Familiar with MS Projects.

Job description

• Assist project manager in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet technical requirements and time schedule with high quality standard and cost effectiveness.
• Attend to daily tasks relating to project and customer's requirements and work closely with the Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production & Quality Departments.
• Coordination and liaise with subcontractors and vendors relation to planning, programming, cost, quality and schedule issues.
• Prepare the project schedule and progress report and alert higher management on the project risk when occurred.
• Maintain the proper documentations follows Project Execution Plan throughout the project cycle.
• Progress monitoring to ensure all activities completed in timely manner.
• Planning and liaising with clients, suppliers, building and facility contractors.
• Liaise and coordinate with all parties such as clients, consultants, consultants' representatives, site supervisors, and sub-contractors; on all aspects of the project to ensure smooth, timely and successful completion of the project.
• Participate site meetings and inspections.
• To monitor progress and tracking for daily, weekly and monthly progress and report submission.
• Familiar with MS projects.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Training is provided.

• Computer proficiency in MS Project / Excel and MS Word, Adobe Acrobat & AutoCad an added advantage.
