Job summary

AWIN SURFACE COATING PTE. LTD.

in Singapore is seeking a Site Coordinator with experience in engineering and fabrication to manage project documentation, drawings and liaison with clients and subcontractors. You will support the project manager and senior engineers in coordinating with consultants and quantity surveyors on changes, while ensuring safety regulations and quality controls are followed on site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure for the project manager.
• Oversee drawing management and ensure updated drawings are issued to clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with related consultants and quantity surveyor on change orders issued.
• Coordinate with safety personnel to ensure government and safety regulations are complied.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update progress.
• Follow up on daily activities with fabrication shop.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress report.
• Familiar with lifting and site installation activities.
• Oversee site activities and guide a group of installers.
• Prepare lifting plans, method statements and risk assessments.
• Ensure safety at site requirements.

Job Description:

• Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.


• Responsible in overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawings to the clients and subcontractor are issued.


• Assist the project manager or senior project engineer in coordinate with related consultant and quantity surveyor on the change order issued


• Coordinate and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied.


• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.


• Follow up on daily activities with fabrication shop


• Prepare and Submit Weekly Progress Report


• Familiar with Lifting and Site Installation Activities


• Should have command over site activites and be abe to oversee, guide a group of installers


• Familiar with preparation of Lifting Plans, Method Statements and Risk Assessments


• Fair knowledge of safety at site requirements
