Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in construction/geotechnical fields, strong leadership, strategic thinking, risk and financial management, and can engage stakeholders at all levels; willingness to work in Changi area.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large projects in construction or geotechnical works.
• Ability to organize resources and manage project risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Knowledge of contractual and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee geotech scope and ensure smooth operations per COO guidance.
• Determine resource needs including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor processes and develop productivity improvement strategies.
• Lead costing and tendering for foundation and ground improvement works.
• Coordinate with project sites on manpower with HR.
