Job summary

Experiential Agency in Singapore is seeking a Project Director to lead their experiential events division. You will oversee a team of Project Managers, manage client relationships, and drive the division's commercial performance.

Our client is a full-service communications agency that offers online and hybrid events, marketing campaigns, video production and event technology for some big-name clients within transport, tourism, healthcare, tech and more.

They're now looking to hire a Project Director to lead their experiential events division. You'll oversee a team of Project Managers, lead client relationships and be responsible for the divisions commercial performance. You'll report directly to the Agency MD and be involved in senior management discussions.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring a team of around 6 Project Managers
• Building and managing long-term client relationships
• Overseeing the P&L for the division
• Setting up clear processes and workflows to strengthen operations
• Planning and delivering a mix of events (creative and corporate)
