Melior in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager (Events) to lead client-facing delivery of live, virtual and hybrid events, from concept through execution.

You will oversee timelines, budgets, coordinate teams and stakeholders, support junior team members, and ensure smooth workflows across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project/event management.
• Experience managing clients.
• Experience delivering a mix of events.
• Strong operational knowledge of live/virtual/hybrid events (booths, backdrops, licenses, permits).

Our client is a full-service communications agency that offers online and hybrid events, marketing campaigns, video production and event technology for some big-name clients within transport, tourism, healthcare, tech and more.

In your role as a Project Manager, you will be working as an a client-facing individual contributor, with a strong focus on project ownership and account management. You will lead projects from end-to-end, serving as a trusted partner to clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading client relationships and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of live, virtual and hybrid events
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, by coordinating teams, management timelines and stakeholders
• Supporting junior teams member and helping to improve workflows

What you bring:

• At least 3 years of experience working in project / event management
• Experience managing clients
• Experience delivering a mix of events
• A strong understanding of the operational side of events - such as how to build booths and backdrops, knowing what licenses and permits are needed
