Our client, a leading data centre developer/ operator, has instructed us to find a project director for the South East Asia region.

Location: Malaysia or Singapore

You would play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of data center projects across South East Asia region. Here are some key requirements and responsibilities for this role:

Responsibilities

• Project Management: As a project manager, you will take charge of various projects, ensuring they remain on course, meet deadlines, and achieve their intended goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and other relevant parties is paramount. You’ll provide regular updates, address concerns, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource Allocation: Managing resources—both human and material—is essential. You’ll allocate budgets, assign team members, and optimize project resources to maximize efficiency.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them is a crucial aspect of your role. This proactive approach ensures smooth project execution and minimizes disruptions.
