First Point Group is seeking a Project Director to oversee data center projects across the South East Asia region, with location flexibility between Malaysia and Singapore. You will drive project success from initiation through close, coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams and partners.

The role demands strong leadership, expert project management, and a proactive stance on risk, compliance, and safety to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes for complex data center builds.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering data center projects across SEA.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management.
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements affecting data centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of data center projects in SEA.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Allocate resources and manage project budgets to maximize efficiency.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Ensure quality assurance through testing, reviews and adherence to standards.
• Uphold health and safety standards across projects.
• Lead and develop project teams to achieve high performance.
