Job summary

MACRO-INTEGRATION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced project lead with PLC/SCADA expertise to drive complex automation projects in Singapore.

You will plan Sessions, coordinate staff and resources, manage progress, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will design contracts, oversee documentation, and contribute to risk mitigation and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and client/stakeholder management capabilities.
• Extensive planning, scheduling, and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to drive projects through from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate staff and internal resources.
• Manage project progress and adapt work as required to meet deadlines.

• Oversee all project documentation and assist in tender processes (design, submission, review).
• Design risk mitigation plans and conduct project reviews for executives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Able to speak, write and speak mandarin.
• Leading project planning sessions.
• Coordinating staff and internal resources.
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Designing and signing off on contracts.
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review.
• Designing risk mitigation plan.
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
• Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Superior people skills in managing key-accounts/stakeholders, including senior individuals.

• Strong sense of responsibility and confidence and able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment is
• essential.

Education and Experience:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• At least 10 years relevant experience in PLC & Scada application, networking setup, instruments and
• troubleshooting in hardware.
• Experience in Allen Bradley, Schneider, Siemens, Wonderware and Citect.
