Job summary

AMPOWER INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISE HOLDING CO., LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager with strong technical expertise in control systems, electrical engineering, testing & commissioning, and PLC/SCADA programming.

You will manage project execution, coordinate on-site activities, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, review electrical schematics, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate commissioning

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of project/site management experience in automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, PLC, HMI, and SCADA.
• Hands-on programming with PLC platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi).
• Familiar with Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, BACnet.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Project Manager / Site Manager with strong technical expertise in Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, Testing & Commissioning, and PLC/SCADA Programming. The candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, site coordination, system integration, commissioning activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage and oversee projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, procurement, and site progress.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

Site Management

• Supervise daily site activities and installation works.
• Coordinate electrical and control system installations with contractors and vendors.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure site works are carried out according to approved drawings and procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation for inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.

Control & Electrical Engineering

• Review and interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, and system architecture.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues during installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate panel fabrication, FAT, SAT, and site integration activities.
• Support design modifications and technical improvements where necessary.

Testing & Commissioning

• Lead testing and commissioning activities for electrical and control systems.
• Develop commissioning procedures, test plans, and method statements.
• Perform loop checks, I/O testing, functional testing, and system validation.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants during commissioning and handover.

Programming & Automation

• Perform PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming and modifications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation system performance.
• Support system integration with field devices, communication networks, and third-party systems.
• Maintain backup documentation and software revisions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control & Instrumentation, Automation, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in project/site management and automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting industrial systems.
• Hands-on programming experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, or equivalent.
• Familiar with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, or BACnet.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects/sites.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
