Job summary

Willowglen Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Operations Manager (Project Division) to lead a portfolio of projects and maintenance contracts, ensuring timely delivery, profitability and contractual compliance. You will oversee project financials, budgets and forecasts while mitigating risks and guiding the project team.

In this role you will manage client and stakeholder relationships, provide technical input for tenders, and supervise controls, automation and ELV systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in project design and execution for Automation/ELV/IT systems.
• 5+ years of team management experience, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and P&L management; strong leadership.

Operations Manager (Project Division)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of projects and maintenance contracts, ensuring timely delivery, quality, profitability and compliance with contractual requirements.

• Manage project financial performance, including budgets, costs, revenue and profit forecasting, while identifying and mitigating project risks.

• Lead, develop and manage the project team, including resource planning, performance management, coaching and recruitment.

• Manage key client, vendor and stakeholder relationships, including project escalations, commercial discussions and contract negotiations.

• Provide technical oversight for Control, Automation and ELV systems, including reviewing engineering designs, technical solutions, project requirements and new technologies.

• Support business development activities by providing technical input, cost estimates and project timelines for tenders and proposals.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT or related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project design and execution involving Automation, ELV or Operational/Information Technology systems.

• At least 5 years of team management experience, preferably managing large-scale projects valued above $10 million.

• Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, cost control, forecasting and P&L management.

• Good understanding of Control/ELV systems, networking and basic cybersecurity principles.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced project environment.

• PMP, CITPM or ITIL 4.0 certification would be an advantage.

• Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle would be an advantage.
