Job summary

Sembcorp Industries Ltd, a leading energy and urban solutions provider, seeks a Manager to lead design development for industrial, commercial and mixed-use developments across Southeast Asia. You will drive concepts, feasibility, and technical reviews with internal teams and external consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related discipline; professional registration advantageous.
• 8–10 years of experience in architectural design, design management or development management.
• Experience leading projects through full development lifecycle from concept to completion.
• Overseas project experience, especially in Vietnam, is an advantage.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development for industrial, commercial and mixed-use projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and project teams.
• Prepare scopes of work, briefs and consultant requirements for design partners.
• Monitor progress, ensure design aligns with objectives, budgets and standards.
• Conduct site visits and address design issues during construction.
