Job summary

Sembcorp Development Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager, Procurement & Contracts Management to support procurement, commercial, cost estimation and contract administration for industrial park, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing and infrastructure projects.

The role covers end-to-end procurement and tendering, cost planning, contract administration and commercial risk management for D&B, DBB, consultancy and specialist contractor packages.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in industrial park, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in Design & Build, procurement, cost estimation, contract administration and commercial management.
• FIDIC contract experience and Vietnam market exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for development projects.
• Manage tender documents, evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Oversee cost planning, budgeting, and cost control activities.
• Administer contracts including variations and claims.
• Monitor governance compliance and reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Design, Finance, Legal and external partners.
