About the Company

Our client is an established Singapore-based specialist in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) solutions , with over two decades of industry experience. As the company continues to grow its project portfolio, they are looking for an M&E Assistant Project Engineer to join their team.

About the Role

You will support the project team in the coordination and execution of ACMV/M&E projects, working closely with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered according to requirements and timelines.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit product catalogues, technical data, shop drawings, method statements and O&M documentation to clients.
• Prepare daily reports and provide updates on project progress.
• Monitor site works to ensure they are carried out according to project scope, schedule and requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, main contractors, consultants and clients on project matters.
• Participate in testing and commissioning activities.
• Assist with project handover and preparation of O&M documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant construction, M&E or ACMV experience will be advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of ACMV (Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation and Refrigeration) will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team.
• Willing to work on project sites and attend meetings as required.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

5.5-day work week

West, Singapore

Salary

SGD $3,000 - $5,000 per month
