Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer (M&E) to support ACMV projects in Singapore.

The role involves preparing technical documents, shop drawings, and O&M submissions, while coordinating on-site activities and liaising with management. You will conduct site meetings, assist with testing & commissioning with subcontractors and client handover training, with a 5-day workweek including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Min diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years working experience in construction.
• Knowledge of ACMV is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & submit product catalogue/technical data, shop drawings, method statements and O&M to client.
• Provide daily progress reports to management.
• Handle all site matters and documentation for assigned sites.
• Ensure site work on schedule and within contract scope.
• Resolve conflicts and attend site meetings.
• Participate in testing & commissioning with sub-contractors/main contractor & consultant.
• Conduct client training before project handover.
• Assist with any other tasks as assigned by management.

Working days: 5. 5 days (Mon - Sat)

Working time: 8AM - 5PM (Mon-Fri) ; 8AM - 12PM (Sat)

Location: Pandan Loop Singapore

Job Responsible:

• Prepare & submission for product catalogue/technical data, shop drawing, method of statements and O&M to client.
• Provide simple daily reports of work status and reported to management.
• Responsible for all site matters and all documentation for sites assign.
• Ensure site work on schedule and according to the scope of contract.
• To resolve conflicts and attend site meeting.
• Participate in all testing & commissioning with sub-contractors/main - contractor & consultant.
• Conduct training to client before project handing over.
• To assist with any other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirement:

• Min diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Working Experience in Construction line at least 1-2 years.
• Knowledge in ACMV advantage (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation Works).
