Job summary
Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator / Project Executive (M&E / Site Coordination) to support the coordination of commercial kitchen equipment projects. You will prepare submissions, RFIs, reports, minutes and delivery documents, and coordinate equipment orders, deliveries and installation schedules.
This role requires a Diploma in Engineering, Building, or Project Management and at least one year of project coordination experience in construction or related
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering, Building, or Project Management.
- At least 1 year of project coordination experience in construction, M&E, or related sectors.
- Able to coordinate documentation, deliveries, contractors and site activities.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and willing to travel islandwide.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of commercial kitchen equipment projects.
- Prepare and track submissions, RFIs, reports, minutes and delivery documents.
- Coordinate equipment orders, deliveries and installation schedules.
- Arrange site access, permits and worker passes with contractors and site teams.
- Maintain project schedules, records and progress updates.
- Prepare safety, testing and handover documents, including O&M manuals.
- Assist with variation quotations, progress claims and billing documents.
- Conduct site visits and highlight project delays or operational issues.
