Lalamove in Singapore is seeking a reliable Driver Operations Projects Coordinator (Part Time) to support daily delivery operations, routing, driver assignment, and live client coordination. This role suits a hands-on communicator keen on fast-paced operations.

You'll work at least 3 days a week, including mornings and evenings, with onsite training provided; strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate is responsive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with routing and scheduling client delivery orders
• Assign drivers from the existing driver pool based on route requirements
• Provide timely support to clients regarding their orders
• Monitor active deliveries and help resolve operational or delivery-related issues

Requirements

Availability

• Availability to commit to a minimum 3-day work week (2 weekdays, 1 weekend)
• Ability to work at least 1 morning shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and 2 evening shifts (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
• Willingness to attend onsite training (training will be provided)
