Job summary

Arup in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator (Electrical) to lead contract administration and coordinate M&E engineering delivery for major infrastructure and airfield projects. You will work with the SO, SOR and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliant, on-time project outcomes and high-quality engineering delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree approved by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore (or equivalent).
• At least eight years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and project delivery.
• Experience in contract administration, including PSSCOC.
• Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, quality assurance, project planning and site supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.

As a Project Coordinator (Electrical), you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex M&E engineering packages across major infrastructure and airfield projects. Working closely with the Superintending Officer (SO), Superintending Officer's Representative (SOR) and multidisciplinary teams, you will coordinate project delivery, administer construction contracts, and ensure compliance with client, regulatory and quality requirements. Based in Singapore, you will contribute to safe, efficient and high-quality project outcomes while supporting Arup's commitment to engineering excellence.

Is this role right for you?

• A recognised engineering degree approved by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore (or equivalent), with at least eight years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and project delivery.
• Proven experience in contract administration, including PSSCOC, and the successful coordination of infrastructure or building development projects.
• Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, construction practices, quality assurance, project planning and site supervision.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary project teams.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach, supported by strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement, integrity and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.
