Job summary

MET Engineering Services Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team. You will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Key duties include planning, tracking progress and deliverables, maintaining documentation and meeting minutes, coordinating with stakeholders and clients, and assisting with resource allocation and budget tracking.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Proven experience in planning, coordinating or monitoring projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
• Track project progress, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
