Job summary

A leading BIM consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to manage BIM aspects of projects. The role involves producing shop drawings, coordinating with engineers, managing project delivery, and ensuring effective implementation of BIM standards. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and possess knowledge in Physical Security.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
• Must have knowledge in Physical Security.
• Good communication and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings and submit within stipulated time.
• Coordinate with site engineer for the update of shop drawings.
• Manage all BIM related aspects from tender to construction stage.
• Coordinate the delivery of BIM for the Contract.
• Ensure implementation of the BIM Execution Plan.
• Validate data flow and quality control.
• Participate in design and model coordination meetings.
• Support the Company’s SHEQ within the scope of duties.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Produce shop drawings and submit within stipulated time.

• Coordinate with site engineer for the update of shop drawings.

• Coordinate and manage all BIM related aspects of projects, from tender to construction stage.

• Coordinate the use and delivery of BIM for the Contract.

• Coordination with vendors, suppliers, contractors

• Ensure the appropriate implementation of the BIM Execution Plan and deliverables as well as the effective and efficient collaboration and coordination of design.

• Ensure appropriate data flow internally and externally. Validate level of detail, modelling content and quality control.

• Participate in design and model coordination meetings and reviews sessions.

• Responsible to participate and support the Company’s SHEQ within the scope of duties.

• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
