Job summary

CHONG TAT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support multiple construction sites across Singapore.

You will coordinate logistics, administration and on-site operations, liaise with customers on requirements and progress, and ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery. Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of construction experience, strong English and Mandarin communication skills, and a diploma or higher.

Qualifications

• 4 years of work experience in construction of private projects, HDB projects or civil engineering projects.
• Able to converse and write in English & Mandarin to communicate with local and Mandarin-speaking overseas customers.
• Diploma qualification or above is an advantage

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the logistical, administrative and operational for construction project aspects, including liaise with customers for project requirements and progress
• To plan the work sequence and manpower deployment required for the construction site works
• To supervise workers and monitor sub-contractors at construction sites
• To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites
• To ensure that construction projects are completed as per approved drawings within the required deadline and allocated budget
• To take actions to resolve any delay/ technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on construction sites
• To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures
• To report to project team on work progress at construction sites
• To attend meetings with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and consultants
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
