Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, or PM, at least 3 years of site experience, and strong AutoCAD proficiency with solid organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, Project/Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of site experience, preferably with a main contractor in residential building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural detailing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills demonstrated through project coordination activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to ensure safe and timely delivery of construction projects within schedule.
• Prepare and maintain detailed work schedules to track project progress and milestones.
• Develop and update AutoCAD drawings and architectural details to meet project requirements. (draughtsmen can assist)
• Communicate clearly with project teams at all levels to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues
• Organize project documentation and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with project standards
• Apply time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
• Support site operations by liaising with Architects, Consultants, Sub-contractors & Supplies to maintain activities workflow according to schedule.
