Job summary

YASHIKA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Singapore to streamline communication among contractors, suppliers, and drafting teams. You will support the Project Manager with planning and daily coordination to keep timelines on track.

The role requires strong ability to read engineering drawings, review shop drawings against construction specs, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards while working onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and shop drawings.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication among main contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers, and drafter engineer.
• Assist Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and daily coordination.
• Liaise with contractor's engineer/drafter for drawing issues and ensure shop drawings comply with drawings/specs.
• Attend site coordination/progress meetings and track material delivery to avoid delays.
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving coordination and technical issues; ensure quality and safety standards.

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate communication among the main contractor, sub-contractor,supplier, and drafter engineer.

Technical Support & Drawing Control:

• Liaise with the main contractor's engineer and drafter for the drawing issue
• Review and study related drawings before starting work, and ensure shop drawings comply with the construction drawings and specifications.

Site Coordination:

• Attend site coordination/progress meeting.
• Track material delivery to avoid delays
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving coordination and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Job Requirements
