Job summary

Edenn Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction projects in Singapore. You will read drawings, assist with cost estimates and bill of quantities, and coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure on-time delivery.

This role requires strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to quality, safety, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Able to read with construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off, site measurement, procurement, quotation evaluation, and cost control.
• Assist with cost estimates, quotations and BQ for Tender & Project.
• Assist with the variation orders, progress claims, payment claims, and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, material deliveries, and project timelines.
• Attend project and site meetings and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation, correspondence, reports, quotations, and contractual records.
• Assist the Project Manager / Contract Manager in ensuring works are completed according to the required scope, programme, quality, and budget.
