Job summary

EDENN SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to read drawings, manage take-offs, procurement, and cost control, and assist with tendering and project cost management. The role involves coordinating with clients and site teams to ensure smooth execution.

You will monitor progress, attend meetings, maintain documentation, and support the Project Manager to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience reading drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Experience with quantity take-off, site measurement, procurement, quotation evaluation, and cost control.
• Assist with cost estimates, quotations, and bill of quantities for tenders and projects.
• Assist with variation orders, progress/ payment claims, and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, material deliveries, and timelines.
• Attend project and site meetings and follow up on actions.
• Maintain project documentation, correspondence, reports, quotations, and contractual records.
• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring works meet scope, programme, quality and budget.

Job description

Technical Knowledge and Skills

• Able to read with construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off, site measurement, procurement, subcontractor/supplier quotation evaluation, and cost control.
• Assist with the cost estimates, quotations & BQ for Tender & Project.
• Assist with the variation orders, progress claims, payment claims, and final accounts.

Project Coordination Requirements

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, work schedules, material deliveries, and project timelines.
• Attend project and site meetings and follow up on action items.
• Maintain project documentation, correspondence, reports, quotations, and contractual records.
• Assist the Project Manager / Contract Manager in ensuring works are completed according to the required scope, programme, quality, and budget.

Software Skills

• Familiaritywith Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiaritywith Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with Autocad
