Job summary

SVP INTEGRATED ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an administrative coordinator to support the project team in Singapore. The role involves handling project files, timesheets, claims, and ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders.

You will gain exposure to a power generation environment, manage tight schedules, and contribute to safety induction arrangements while assisting the project engineer with documentation and submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Words & Excel.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organization skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project team.
• Manage and maintain project files, records, timesheets and claims.
• Develop in-depth understanding of project scope, timelines, engineering fundamentals and project outcomes.
• Ability to work in a power generation environment and within a tight schedule.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (customers, employees & subcontractors) to obtain necessary clearance & safety induction arrangements.
• Assist the project engineer with submission of safety documents & other relevant documentation.
• Co-ordinate and establish good working relationships with project team, customers, consultants and subcontractors to facilitate effective coordination of work activities.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Engineer / Directors.

• Developing in-depth understanding of project scope, i.e. timelines, engineering fundamental and project outcome;
• Ability to work in a power generation environment;
• Capable of working in a tight schedule;

• Being point of contact for various working groups;
• Assist in purchases such as raising purchase request, sourcing, and coordinating of goods deliveries within allocated budget & deadlines;
• Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, employees & subcontractors) to obtain necessary clearance & safety induction arrangements;
• Assist the project engineer with submission of safety documents & other relevant documentations;
• Co-ordinate and establish good working relationship with project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors to facilitate effective co-ordination of work activities;
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Engineer / Directors.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Words & Excel
• Strong analytical, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, organized, multi-tasker, able to work independently and a pro-active team player
