Job summary

En-Syst Equipment & Services Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Project Engineer to plan projects, set criteria, review progress and ensure proper implementation of project elements. You will coordinate with suppliers, contractors and clients, conduct site surveys, develop schedules, attend site meetings and maintain documentation, while leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in project-related roles.
• Site experience in Industrial buildings or Government projects is preferable.
• Excellent project management and site coordination skills.
• Proficiency with PC-based documentation (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project.

Key Tasks

• To understand project scope, specification, deviation, and commitment requirements.
• Conduct site surveys with suppliers, contractors & clients for installation works.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors & clients for smooth delivery and timely completion of project.
• Develop project schedule, execute and monitor the progress from project kick-off till project completion.
• Attend site meetings and get involved in discussions with clients and consultants.
• Work with different technical disciplines internal or external vendors to meet technical requirements.
• Prepare project documents and report submissions.
• Maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain good relationships with clients.
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.

Knowledge / Experience / Others

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience is required for this field.
• Preferably with site experience in Industrial building or Government project.
• Excellent project management and site coordination skills.
• Must be PC literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
