For our upcoming retail store in Singapore, we are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented retail part-time sales associate to join our team. The sales associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection and purchase, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

YOUR TASKS
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Listen to customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations and information.
  • Retrieve merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise and conducting physical inventory counts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer service goals.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not necessary

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Passion for fashion & lifestyle brands
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space
