The role emphasizes scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and strict safety compliance at the construction site, with a 5.5-day work week and a focus on practical, hands-on project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Specialization in architecture/interior design or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong conversational skills and the ability to work independently and flexibly are required.
• Good reporting and documentation skills are essential.
• Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred.

Responsibilities
