Job summary

HCN Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Coordinator to assist the Project Director in defect identification, site coordination, and drawing updates for Private Landed Residential or Interior Design projects in Singapore.

You will conduct inspections, monitor progress, and support construction plan development with architectural drawings, shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples. Prior interpretation of plans and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Landed Residential Construction or Interior Design (ID) projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Familiarity with Singapore's building codes and industry practices.
• Proficiency in using a computer.
• Proficiency in basic software applications, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in managing site coordination tasks, including resolving on-site architectural issues, issuing updated drawings to relevant parties, and liaising with consultants and subcontractors.

• Collaborate with project teams to develop designs and construction plans, including architectural drawings, shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.
