Job summary

Singapore Storage & Warehouse Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Operations Manager in project management, data compilation, analysis and reporting. This role offers hands-on exposure to warehouse operations and practical use of data for decision-making.

You will coordinate with other departments and work directly with customers and suppliers to plan, track, and implement projects from pre-work to post-live stages.

Qualifications

• ITE qualification required and basic data analysis capability.
• Proficiency in Excel to perform data analysis.
• Willingness to travel between sites and perform manual tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze operational data to support decision‑making and improve warehouse processes
• Monitor project and operational progress independently to ensure timely completion
• Identify trends and recommend improvements during solutioning and post‑implementation phases
• Organize and coordinate project activities for new business initiatives, including pre‑work, implementation, and post‑live stages
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to guide project execution
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project objectives are met successfully
• Monitor project status, risks, and issues and assist in reporting to stakeholders

Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will support the Operations Manager in project management as the main duty. This includes (but is not limited to) assisting with data compiling, analysis and reporting. This position offers a hands‑on opportunity to learn about warehouse operations and gain practical experience in using data for decision‑making, preparing reports and solving and implementing projects. The selected candidate is expected to coordinate and work closely with other departments, as well as directly with customers and suppliers.
