Job summary

KOH KOCK LEONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Construction Coordinator to support project planning, procurement, and on-site coordination.

You will liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure schedules and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, maintaining contracts and reports, managing change orders, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while adhering to regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in construction coordination or related role.
• Class 3 license.
• Knowledge of construction processes.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction-related regulations and safety standards.
