Hung Yao Sheng Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to oversee assigned projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

You will coordinate activities, review drawings with Project Engineers and Managers, and resolve design and technical issues on site. The role requires a diploma in a related field, 3–5 years of experience in construction, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Process and monitor progress claims, payment applications, and variations, and assist in finalizing project accounts.
• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Project Management, Civil Engineer, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power point).
• Good understanding of construction drawings, project scheduling, and site coordination.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and time management skills.
