ijm construction sdn. bhd. (singapore branch) is seeking a Civil Engineering/Construction Management professional to assist the Project Manager in organizing, planning, and targeting construction activities in line with the work program.

The role requires 3-5 years of site experience, strong leadership, and solid project planning capabilities. You will supervise site teams, monitor progress, assure quality records, and ensure safety compliance on site.

Competenze

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3-5 years of relevant construction site experience.
• Strong understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Practical knowledge in project plan development and implementation.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Alternate Saturday Work.

• -Supervise project and site teams, monitor and track progress, and provide quality assurance, status updates, and financial reports. Deliver regular updates to management and immediate supervisors to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• -Monitor compliance with project requirements, including tracking the progress of internal services (e.g., engineering, procurement) and contractual obligations.
• -Ensure that quality records are created and maintained to meet quality standards.
• -Enforce compliance with site safety and health rules, policies, and work instructions to meet the company's quality, safety, and environmental standards.
