Job summary

SMART BUILD ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Coordinator/Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations on our projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate with project managers, ensure safety, track progress, and manage manpower and materials to keep schedules on track. Ideal candidates have a Diploma or degree, relevant field experience, and ability to work alternate shifts.

• Enforce site safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Report site issues and delays to management for timely resolution.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction site activities in collaboration with the Site Coordinator and Project Manager to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor daily site progress and verify work aligns with the project schedule to maintain timelines
• Communicate and coordinate with site supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless site workflows
• Arrange and manage manpower, construction materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities to support operational needs
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, attendance logs, and project documentation for effective tracking
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and material requisitions to support project planning and resource allocation
• Monitor delivery and usage of construction materials on site to ensure proper inventory control
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to clarify site requirements and report work progress
• Monitor quality of work to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Enforce site safety rules, procedures, and relevant regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Report site issues, delays, material shortages, and operational matters promptly to management for timely resolution
• Assist in conducting site inspections and coordinate rectification works to address defects or non-compliance
• Follow up on work progress to ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes
• Perform general administrative and coordination duties related to construction site operations to support project efficiency
• Execute other duties as assigned by management to contribute to overall project success
