Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical diploma/degree in a related field with at least 1 year of project management experience.
• Experience in planning and coordinating interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Manager/Director in overall project planning and site management.
• Coordinate & manage sub-contractors’ progress and quality of works.
• Submit materials, shop drawings and method statements to consultants for approval.
• Liaise with consultants to resolve technical and detailing issues of builder works.
• Attend project coordination meetings.
• Verify subcontractors' claims for works done.
• Assist in compilation of handing over documents including As-built drawings & O&M manual.
