Job summary

You will liaise with authorities to obtain necessary clearances, ensure work conforms to QEHS requirements, prepare project documentation and claims, and maintain accurate records for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review work orders from clients and coordinate project requirements.
• Submit the necessary documents to relevant authorities and liaise with authorities to obtain the required clearances and approvals before commencement of work.
• Planning of project, arrangement of manpower and machineries to ensure smooth and timely performance of project.
• Ensure work performed is in accordance with QEHS requirement.
• Prepare project claims and supporting documents, and ensure claims are submitted and certified by the client in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper project records, documentation, and reports
• Perform other project coordination duties as assigned.
