Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking a Senior Project Controls Lead for a major PUB infrastructure project in Singapore. You will oversee planning, scheduling, cost control and EV reporting across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.

The role requires a degree in civil engineering or related field and 8–10 years of project controls experience in construction or engineering, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and experience in digital delivery environments.
