Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM/Draughting professional to develop and maintain accurate 2D/3D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD. You will create construction and as-built drawings from BIM models and coordinate with site teams to reflect design changes.

The role supports project execution by ensuring model accuracy, adherence to specs, and timely updates as conditions evolve on site.

Qualifications

• Experience using Revit and AutoCAD for shop and construction drawings.
• Understanding of BIM workflows and model coordination.
• Ability to read design documents and reflect changes in models

Responsibilities

Location: East

Monday - Friday: 9AM - 6PM

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project engineers to prepare and develop technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.


• Produce accurate 2D and 3D shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.


• Revise and update drawings to reflect site conditions, design changes, and project requirements.


• Utilise BIM software to create 3D models and generate coordinated construction drawings from BIM models.


• Assist project teams in managing and maintaining BIM models to support construction activities and project execution.


• Ensure drawings and models comply with project specifications, technical requirements, and relevant standards.


• Coordinate with engineers and site personnel to resolve drawing discrepancies and ensure accurate implementation of designs.
