Job summary

ROBERT BOSCH SECURITY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Executive on a one-year contract to join our Finance team. The role focuses on accurate billing, cash collection, and maintaining customer accounts to drive financial performance.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Sales, ensure compliance with customer agreements, and support monthly close with journal entries and AR revaluation. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience under fixed-term contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate project invoices including milestones and final close-out.
• Monitor project milestones and billing schedules with Project Managers and Sales.
• Process credit notes, billing adjustments and refunds with required approvals.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities including journal entries and AR revaluation.
• Prepare reports on AR, billing summaries and cash-flow.
