Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia.
• Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with building regulations (Singapore or Malaysia).
• Strong Portfolio.
• Good working attitude, proactive and conscientious.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients and other involved professionals to agree on the project brief.
• Developing project briefs and working on these as the project progresses.
• Preparing planning applications and other regulatory application procedures.
• Preparing design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods.
• Co-ordinating design information with consultants and authorities.
• Leading the preparation of tender documentation and construction drawings.
• Assisting in administering contracts and project certifications.
• Carrying out defect inspections and site visits.
